FixAway was built around a simple idea: most homeowners have a long list of small repairs and installations that are too big to ignore but too small for most contractors to take on.
The company serves Jacksonville and nearby Northeast Florida communities with a process-first approach. Customers send the full project list with photos, measurements, and product details; FixAway reviews compatibility, access, and timing; then schedules the work and completes it with functional checks and a walkthrough.
Membership in the Craftsmen Association of America reflects FixAway's commitment to doing the small jobs right: clear communication, honest scope boundaries, and referring work to licensed trades when a project requires a permit or licensed electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or gas work.
