Landscape & Hardscape
There is a version of landscaping that is really just yard work — mow, blow, drop mulch, leave. It sells easily because it looks finished the same afternoon. Then the first Louisiana summer arrives, the sod browns in the low spots, the beds slump where nobody amended the clay, and the homeowner learns the difference between a crew that showed up and a crew that built something.
Handyman & Home Services
Featured member: a five-star reputation, earned one visit at a time
Mr. Normans Home Services is what the association exists to make visible. Irhad built it on the least glamorous promise in the trades: show up when you said you would, do the work correctly, and stand behind it afterward.
Electrical
Licensed electrical work, answered the same day
Electrical work is the clearest example of why licensing matters. A homeowner cannot inspect a panel, verify a circuit, or judge whether a splice was made correctly — they are trusting the person holding the license. Let There Be Light ASAP carries Florida electrical contractor license ER13016302 and works to it.
Handyman & Home Services
The small jobs, done properly and closed out
Most homeowners do not need a general contractor. They need someone dependable for the twenty items on the list — the door that never latched, the fixture that was never mounted into a stud, the drywall patch nobody came back to finish.
Landscape & Outdoor Lighting
Outdoor lighting treated as design, not fixtures
Landscape lighting is the trade where the gap between a professional and a box-store installation is most visible after dark. Glare, hot spots, and mismatched color temperature are design failures, not product failures.
Gate Installation & Fabrication
Fabrication and automation under one roof
Custom gates fail at the seams between trades: someone welds the panel, someone else runs the power, and nobody owns the way the whole assembly behaves in five years of daily cycles.
Landscape & Hardscape
Hardscape that is built from the base up
Paver work is judged years later, not on install day. Settling, spreading edges, and pooling water all trace back to base preparation and drainage — the part of the job a homeowner never sees.
